1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and process refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • Certain items, such as customized products, perishable goods, and digital downloads, are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
  • Products that have been used, altered, or missing parts that were originally included.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@geniusautoparts.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack and ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection and Approval: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 4-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you received a faulty product, please contact us at support@geniusautoparts.com within 15 days of receipt to arrange a replacement.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
  • If an order has already been dispatched, it will need to be processed as a return.
